发现这帮人说话 真叫一个罗索 看这个
Given the discussion above, definitional variatio n
might affect attitudes towards systems . Consider a n
example . Suppose that two people in the sam e
office use the same HRIS for the same task, using
the same type of dumb terminal . User A thinks that
the terminals are part of the HRIS, while user B doe s
not. Suppose both terminals fail at exactly the sam e
time . If the argument above is correct, then user A
will believe that the information about the terminal i s
relevant to the HRIS, and his or her attitude toward s
the system will become less positive . However, user
B's attitude will not be affected, since he or sh e
believes that the terminal is not part of the system .
On the other hand, suppose that both terminals ar e
replaced by smart terminals that are faster and more
comfortable to use . Since user A thinks that th e
terminal is part of the HRIS, his or her attitud e
towards the system will become more positive . However,
once again, user B's attitude will not b e
affected, since he or she believes that the terminal i s
not part of the system .
