比如 说某人发现了个线性关系后还不忘挤兑一下人家：
.....(he found) the function is linear. (Scientists get very excited about linear relationships)

有一些就不怎么像人话了：
The pointer will move in the same direction as the side of the control knob which is on the same side as the scale markings on the display.....
看懂了的举手

还有一些相当有道理：
Human have a tendency to seek far more information than they can absorb adequately.
还不仅仅是information吧，，，
