TAMU偷偷摸摸给我发了个AD

今早收到封TAMU给我的email

Please complete and submit the following documents to International
Student Services to process your re-admission I-20 form: 1)
Immigration Information Questionnaire which can be filled out online
at http://international.tamu.edu/iss/dcf.asp 2) Financial resource
information (bank letter and support letter).

心想怎么就I20了 跑到网申系统上一看 发现我的状态已经变成变成"INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING has returned
your application to our office with an admissions decision on
1/11/2008, and we will communicate this decision via postal mail as
long as you have paid the application fee."

原来一周前就发AD了，，，

最搞笑的是 我至今只提交了两封推荐信 差一封推荐信也能拿AD，，，
